St Hugh's consultants cover the following wide range of specialties: dental surgery, dermatology, ENT, general medicine, general surgery, genito-urinary medicine, gynaecology, oncology, ophthalmic surgery, oral + maxillofacial surgery, and orthopaedic surgery.

Normally it is your GP who will refer you to a specialist (remember to say if you have a particular consultant in mind). An outpatient appointment can normally be made very quickly. Your consultant will discuss arrangements should you require admission and he/she will also be able to obtain a fixed-price quotation for you if you are paying for your own treatment.
