Residents comments...

At least once a year The Hospital Management Trust issues a ‘Residents and Relatives’ questionnaire which covers topics such as the standard of nursing and care provided, the comfort of bedrooms, the standard of catering and the courtesy and skill of the staff.

Freepost envelopes are provided so that the completed questionnaires are sent directly to head office; we believe that this encourages residents and relatives to provide honest responses.

The questionnaire was last issued in September 2006. See below a selection of anonymous comments made by residents and their families.
