The Hospital Management Trust (HMT) is the organisation registered to manage the Home and provide staff and care services. This partnership ensures that residents at Marie Louise House feel that they are living in a homely atmosphere.

Kay Kelly, the Matron Manager has 26 years experience in the nursing field of which the last 8 have been in a management role. Kay is currently working towards obtaining her Registered Managers Award (RMA) qualification in healthcare management.
“Marie Louise House is a home dedicated to the residents. We have a caring and respectful team from the nurses through to the housekeeping staff. Each resident is listened to individually and is encouraged to contribute to the development of his or her own care plan. The input of relatives is also encouraged in order to ensure the whole family feels a part of the resident’s continuous care.”
