Founded by the Institute of Our Lady of Mercy, the Claremont became part of HMT in 2001. The hospital has 41 beds, 3 operating theatres and extensive diagnostic and imaging facilities. A major refurbishment programme was completed in 2006.

Formerly owned by the Sisters of St Joseph of Peace, St Hugh's was the first hospital to come under the ownership of HMT. Following steady growth, it was redeveloped in 1994 and the new hospital has 31 beds, two operating theatres and a busy outpatient department, which was expanded in 2000. [ more ... ]
Sancta Maria Hospital, Swansea
Sancta Maria is a 33-bed acute hospital. Prior to joining the Trust in 1988, it was owned by the Sisters of the Ursulines of Jesus, who continue their association through the provision of pastoral care. Redevelopment plans are in hand for a new hospital with a nursing home wing. [ more ... ]
