Your Letters

Dear Kay,

PhotoI thought you might like to see this picture of the big day on Friday 8 June.

I should really like to thank you and all your staff for the organisation and care shown to the residents of Marie Louise House when they were taken into Romsey centre for the visit of the Queen. I was particularly delighted with the kindness shown to Barry throughout the event. I am sure he has many memories to treasure.

I should also like to thank you and Vicky for suggesting a meeting to review my father's care. I found this a very helpful experience and an excellent opportunity to talk things over. I particularly appreciated the suggestions you made for improving things for my father and also the tactful way you put this to him. I have always known my father is in the very best of care, but I am even more convinced of this fact following the meeting. I have passed on everything from the meeting to Honour.

Thank you again for everything.

With very best wishes

Frances

“Thanks to the kindness of a policeman, our views of the Queen were excellent. The Queen and Prince Phillip acknowledged us by waving”.

Kay Kelly has written to the Chief Constable of Hampshire to thank the policeman.
